About

Judit started Casa Marquès because she saw what was missing in the big city co-livings: space. Not just square metres, but a garden, a swimming pool, a real kitchen, a coworking area with everything you need, and quiet corners to sit and read. In Barcelona all of that is nearly impossible to find at a price that makes sense. So she converted her own family home in Cunit into something different. The house itself has a warmth you feel the moment you walk in. The old walls, the decoration, the way everything is set up makes you feel comfortable straight away. Cunit sits right on the Catalan coast, five minutes walk to the beach, with a direct train that gets you into Barcelona in under an hour. It is small enough that people actually connect. Judit visits every week to check in and listen to what residents need. The community here happens naturally: a shared dinner, a coffee in the kitchen, someone suggesting a walk. People arrive as strangers and become real friends. Some have even become couples. Judit does not push it. She just creates the conditions and lets it happen.

Perfect for

People relocating to Catalonia who want a soft landing without dealing with all the practical things alone. Remote workers and professionals who want to be close to Barcelona without paying Barcelona prices. Open-minded, respectful guests who enjoy connecting with others but also value their own space and quiet time.

Not right for

Anyone looking for parties or a loud social scene. This is a genuinely calm space, quiet by design, and noise levels that disturb others are not tolerated. Guests who want city-centre buzz, or who need everything within walking distance of a major urban hub, may find Cunit too quiet for their taste.
