Welcome to Homeoffice Madeira – the island’s first, largest and most authentic coliving. Often copied, never matched. We built this space before “coliving” became a buzzword and turned it into a real community. 10 rooms (private, shared, and en-suite options), a brand-new coworking floor, and over 5,000 m² of tropical garden filled with palm trees, work areas, and hidden corners to work, chill, or connect. This isn’t a guesthouse with desks – it’s a lifestyle hub. We combine productivity and freedom with real Madeira vibes: Afterwork Hikes, shared cars optional available, North, South, East and West Coast adventures, and insider access you’ll never find on Google. Guests get help with post & logistics, local SIMs, and access to an island network that actually works. You’ll meet people who build projects, startups, and friendships that last. Whether you stay for a week or a season - you’ll leave with more friends and community than you arrived with.
