Nesting Away is a small coliving for remote workers and digital nomads, set in a 450 square meter villa on 10,000 square meters of countryside garden, just 2 km from the medieval village of Orte and one hour north of Rome by direct train. Hosts Fede and Ola bought and renovated the property themselves and live nearby, so support is close at hand alongside an on site community manager. The community stays small on purpose, six to ten guests at a time, carefully selected through a call before booking to keep the vibe uplifting. Days mix focused work in the dedicated coworking space, fast fiber internet backed up by two Starlink connections, with shared dinners three or more times a week, aperitivo evenings, pool days and yoga. Open March through November, closed over the winter.Work & WiFi

Not for travelers wanting a lively city center, nightlife, or a short weekend stay. Since the property is rural, a car free traveler will rely on the train to Orte and pickups from the community manager rather than independent city exploring.
